problem downloading nf

when i start downloading NF it stops at random times and says its completed..
it got to 45meg to first time and said it had finished, then 2 meg, then 4 meg. of cours,e when i try to open it i get an error, whats going on ? im not using any download applications or anything

The patcher is being hammered into the ground at the moment by the countless ¤~#@#:! that didn't bother downloading the frontiers files over the previous month. Just keep trying until the patcher runs through everything without downloading anything.

Well said both - the unfortunate fact is that huge amounts of people are trying to download these files, even the most IT illiterate amongst us should realise that this will mean a slow download for everyone. Now coupled with that are the problems that people are experiencing once they have logged in; problems that Erivoss and his colleagues also have to address.

So bear with it people, in the words of my favourite childhood tv programme - "Why don't you go off and do something more interesting instead" then try again after everything has calmed down - I've just had a bath for the first time since starting DAoC and it was a wonderful experience, I recommend everyone tries it

yea of course it´s getting hammered

due to the fact people some of us Downloaded the frontier patch
following your instructions and discover the file we where downloading
was corrupt.

Then we also got us who downloaded the SI frontier pack and discover
it was some error ( We cant se the Chattwindow We only se the quikbar)
and starting to reinstall it as we are sure GOA/mythics make sure it was
ok ( like a idea tested the file before putting it up for downloading ) it common sense to test file before go public with them.

I realy **** over your attitude [GOA]Erivoss you at staff at goa may start do the work once in a while instead calling your custumers
