Yeah we had a king who before the war met with Hitler in Germany after being invited on a state visit.

He abdicated in a did he jump or was he pushed fashion before the true intentions of the Nazis became apparent. At the time of the meeting they were a democratically elected party in a country which we were not at war with.

I think the catholic church have far more important problems. Their stance on contraception, gay rights and women's rights are a little more pressing than some holocaust denier. Besides which, the Catholic church being as anti semitic as it is he was bound to be let back in at some point.

Nobody is denying them their "needs". If they care so much about their beliefs that they don't wish to use condoms they should care as much and fulfil their "needs" with their spouse and nobody else.

So, you are saying HIV does not pass between a married couple? More religious bullshit? People can be born with it you know... Then there is the poor medical treatment, dirty equipment and conditions. Drug use etc etc. Sexual intercourse is one of many ways that people can get HIV.

So are you arguing that the Catholic opposition to condoms is a part of the reason for AIDs in Africa or that its opposition to shagging outside of marriage is stupid? Bit of a weak position to try to argue that it is responsible for both as I would have thought someone who has no problem ignoring one will have no problem ignoring the other (are condoms banned in any part of Africa?), unless they are using religion as an excuse not to wear a rubber (any evidence of this? or is it simply the good old man in the pub logic Pope objects to condoms, Africa has an Aids problem so it must be due to the Pope's objections? :worthy in which case it has nothing to do with religion its that they dont want to wear one...no?
