Announcing in full view that you will not defend yourself is about as idiotic as it gets

He never said anything about not defending, he just said he wouldn't order a retaliatory nuke strike.

Because at the end of the day what good does more nukes going off do?

There's probably a reason it's called a deterrent - the threat of MAD stops anyone else from launching them quite successfully. If you say you won't retaliate, it kind of defeats the object of having them.

Yep. We should scrap them. They're hugely expensive and idiotic.

There are better ways of getting back at people without destroying the planet.

It doesnt really mean anything...we'll go back to Brussels..Brexit will be delayed.

That's the logical assumption, but logic left the building two years ago, so who the fuck knows what will happen next?

Maybe because Germany and France are the important players in the EU as they're the biggest economies and they represent larger populations?

I'm sure other ministers are saying stuff about Brexit, but it's not like you're going to post their views, because it won't support the point about Nazi Germany that you're making.

Btw, post WW2, Germany invested lots of money into many countries in Europe in order to support their export heavy economy; meanwhile we removed our manufacturing economy, that's our fault, not theirs.

Now, I'd doubt that you'd support what Germany did; giving money to other countries NONONONONONO!

Tory Rebels saying they're gonna support May in the no confidence vote.

Even though they could easily get a Brexiteer PM in, they don't want to lose power and all their financial interests.

Sad times.

So you agree with me then.
Nice club..the rich people are more important.

And thats one of the main reasons Corbyn wants out..the EU is just the continuation and promotion of capitalism under a pseudo socialist banner.

They are saying plenty of stuff but british press only listen to german ones ;)

And EFTA membership is not automatic also requires approval from current EFTA members. And if accepted, regulatory alignment, paying into EU budget, and free movement of people so not sure how thats what brexiteers want?

I'm sure if you asked most of the developing economies in the EU if they see the EU as a positive thing.

Go to Greece, look at all the infrastructure projects paid by the EU, they only got pissy with the EU because they didn't want to pay taxes.
