Is it true there are SI Epic mobs spawning near dopples? Apoc etc?

Theres a new quest from the guy in the capital cities , you have to kill apoc/olcasgean and queen kula , they are in pennines/breifine and jamtland , havent seen any of them yet and no idea what the quest reward is

Yeah I saw Queen Kula outside PoC in mid and this fella near Ellyls:

Dopples seem easier than before if anything - though my lovely new HP regen chant may have something to do with that

u got like 1000 rps per doppleganger (mobs in NF) those drops part(s) for a quest that leads to cloak reward.

funny enough those rps dident have a lvlcap, so my lvl 7 RM had 1000 rps

Why even bother having RP's when you can farm them like this from PVE like you might on a freeshard?

Have to say the picture of AMG made me gag at memories of being zerged by stealth guilds over and over and over and....

A lot of people do just farm dopples for RPs - but then you can roam the dopple spawns and kill the PvE'ers

Spreads the action around a bit, away from the damn bridges
