Fuking wonderful. Just tried to sub an account for my brother, web page took all my details and then a GOA page popped up saying there was an 'error processing your order'. Tried again and same thing, account is not active. If they double bill my card I will go mental.

As for the rest of you. I haven't forgotten about the current problems, just posting to reply to everyone's individual problems would take far too long and would be a waste of time as the answer is the same. I'm still harassing the technical teams about the various issues brought up and will continue to do so until they're all fixed.

The subscription page was tested using Internet Explorer 6 and Netscape 7 and both worked fine with it. There is no reason as to why the sub pages should work 'better' using other browsers. However, I have informed the technical team of these findings in an effort to keep them as up to date with the situation as possible.

I know you have a job to do but replys of this nature from people in your position only inflame matters,I don't think too many people on these boards expect a personal reply but post here to vent their frustration since there are not many if any other ways to do so.
As I see it the bottom line is if it didn't work why implement it in live? surely its that easy.

i have exactly the same issue, i have tried mozzila, firefox, and IE6, i get to put in the TOA cd-key, then straight to the error page, this has been the same for me for days now.

I have posted on Rightnow, and still no reply after 4 days. this is no way to treat new custom, i came from another mmorg to play DAOC.. but if this keeps up, then looks like i will go back to it

None of the cock and bullshit now, tbh, i did enjoy seeing GoA actually try/give us some info. on what is happening, but this is the latest, and @ www.camelot-europe.com is where the real "News" should go, not forumns especially non official...
This problem started on the 5th i do believe, we got updates on 8th saying it was both fine , and that theres been a new cock up (which we all know it wasnt fine in first place just them trying to make us feel more comfortable), it is now the 11th and still no News on what is happening, every little bit helps, and keeps paying players happy... Maybe GoA does or doesn't know what is going on but there guess is as good as mine... frankly i dont care if this fancy flash shit is for more security, i am now stuck with a boring shittless game SWG, i cant even activate ToA which ticks me off even more, Bring back the old Sub pages i need...

U need swith browser to en/us language (in mozilla u can do this: Edit->Preferences->Languages and select us language - move it to up) this is solved all problems, coz this is not problem IE or Mozilla or Opera... but problem is in the goa script which generete .swf files and can't manage other language than en, thats all.

Message for goa: switch from all other languages to en in your script.

HI ALL ...... i have before problems with make new account .... i switch language for first place EN and lol works registration....after 1 minute i recived mail ...confirmed and somthings wrong but in 1 minute i recive seconds mail and all done ...... i am new and now i can play ))) ..... yes registration works and hope if YOU change in yours browser for EN works for you ...good luck

Why would someone need to do a better job with the subscription page? Who of us do you think cares if the payment is done using a nice flash or just some simple html page? Imo it was fine the way it was.

Now when you should be able to realize it is not working as it should do, why not go back to the old working subscription pages?

My account works now but this whole thing is really making GOA look like kindergarten. Let Mythic do the programming Mmmmkay...

I installed the game, patched it. When I start up it asks for my cd-key, which I type in, including the "-". It then goes to the login screen, so I click on "New account". I then takes me to this page:

I am using the right link, and have been since WEDNESDAY. Know what? Tomorrow's Wednesday. That's going to make a whole week I've been waiting for some response, any response. I wouldn't be nearly as pissed off if someone would give any update. But since I've been posting in this stupid forum for 3 days and not one official answer on why I'm getting a bad cd key error on my TOA new account registration.... I don't have a problem with Flash, or iexplorer, or Opera, or Foxfire (but I've tried them all!). I have a problem with my brand new cd key (bought in France, no less-- home of the worlds GREATEST computer people ). Will someone respond? Someone made the nice comment that at least GOA seems to be reading the messages... well I haven't seen any indication anyone has read mine (or the others with the same problem). Get a grip guys and get this done. Tell the tech team to skip the lunch over-looking the Seine and maybe stay at your desks and WORK. There will be an official news posted this afternoon about this whole situation.

For those that are having problems activating ToA and getting the invalid CD-Key message, try using all CAPS and make sure you type the key in correctly (I know it sounds dumb but some of the letters do look a lot alike espeically O's and 0's and Q's).

Sigh... well for your info, the webpage won't let you write in anything but capitals, nor will it let you leave out the hyphens, and do you think that after trying about 30 times since last Wednesday I haven't checked once or twice to make sure the key is correct?? Sorry for the sarcasm Erivoss, but I'm pretty darn frusterated at this point. Wanna check what your tech boys did a couple months back when the cd keys bought brand new weren't working? Thanks.
