When i came to the Euro servers a month ago i heared that GoA was a lil off on the costumer serivice. And after playin on the US servers i thought it couldnt get worse then Mythic it self.

But even Mythic didnt just throw a new Reg/acc out on the web without testing it. I wonder if its even bin tested at all, or tryed out by anyone except the guy that made it. On that note, i have a question..

Do you have to give up your CC information directly into the Flash, or will u be provided with a web page with Secure payments?. Cuz lets face it, like Runirn once said, Flash is as safe as a virgin pus*y on a prom night.

This is clearly not a good thing, so i suggest you fix this b4 everyone start playin Lineage II.

I ve been typing it to open my account since wendsday and I still get the email "bad cd key".

I bought the game NEW, 2 sealed TOA boxes, and I allready have DAOC and SI....
BOTH cd keys wont work!

Why isn't there any answer to my emails to customer support since wensday? is their a Customer support telephone number?

Am i going to find the Goa address and bang on the door?

this is all too silly, just give us some info plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

this is so stupud i paid for my account an hour ago got an invoice and everything and they take my money from my credit card but dont open my acc stupid - that u can take my money but cant open my acc... this is very bad from wannado and goa and who ever makes this happen.

I did have toa activated on my account but they deactivated it. now i also get bad cd key.
Think they removed the box cd key validation or something :/

Don't think i ever put a whine down at Goa, But now they are taking the piss at it.

They claim everything is working and it's just the serverload causing problems...

I've tried several times during the night ... And early this morning and always got the Loading screen, left it on for bout 30 mins each time b4 giving up.

How the hell can there be problems with serverload 2 days after the problem was fixed during the entire night , And early morning , Or even now when i'm typing this .. When most people are of 2 school/work. What is the maximum capacity of the new flash Sub pages .. 1 guy/hour??

Sorry Erivoss, this aint meant at you ... but i do think they are feeding you false info cause this is OBVIOUSLY _NOT_ fixed.

Call the tech team for us and :flame: :touch: them please

Well, I'm going to just venture a guess here and say that since there are a whole bunch of people who are still havíng problems despite your experience, the sub page is likely NOT working as intended. It would seem to me that for a page to be working as intended it would have to allow subscriptions. Since I, and most of the other ppl posting in this forum, sTILL don't have a subscription, I think it would be safe to say that there are still a few wrinkles (uhh, folds??) to be ironed out. Jeez.

Well, just bought the game today. First impressions are what a load of old shite. No, not the game, I haven't been able to play it yet! What the fuck is going on, when you can pay for something but not get it? If I went in to Sainsbury's, paid for my shopping then got told I can't have it yet, nor do they know when I can have it, I would punch their lights out. So whoever is in charge of this cock-up better not meet me. :kissit:

I couldnt pay, after clicking validate it just hang and showed "loading".

Someone here said try opera, so I dl latest version and tried and it worked first try

Your´re right... Use the Opera browser. I know people whine about it, but I've talked to about 10 people it has worked for. Who cares how it works... As long as it does, right?? :)

Ok, I was desperate... I didn't see why it would make any difference, but hey, if Opera worked for others, why not me?? But nope, to the GOA people who are providing business for Opera and Foxfire, it STILL doesn't work. I am still trying to register a new account of TOA and it's a whopping failure. I get the bad cd key email. Advice??? :mad:

If you feel you can do a better job then please send us your CV and we'll have a look. If you don't then please leave the personal insults out of this. You might want to check your server specific news on the offical site for information about past and upcoming events too.

As for the rest of you. I haven't forgotten about the current problems, just posting to reply to everyone's individual problems would take far too long and would be a waste of time as the answer is the same. I'm still harassing the technical teams about the various issues brought up and will continue to do so until they're all fixed.

The subscription page was tested using Internet Explorer 6 and Netscape 7 and both worked fine with it. There is no reason as to why the sub pages should work 'better' using other browsers. However, I have informed the technical team of these findings in an effort to keep them as up to date with the situation as possible.

Can you give us any time estimate?? Any indication what the tech team is actually working on, anything other than "we're working on it" which is what we've been hearing for the whole weekend and which hasn't yielded much result, from the sounds of it. Sorry, erivoss, it's too bad you're on the receiving end of all the criticism, maybe give your technical team the url and tell them to look at the comments themselves.

PS. Any word on whether you'll offer up free game time for this?

well i am on netscape and it loaded up all fine, IE didn't work at all but on netscape it all works except i can't actually type anything or subscribe etc except in boxes where something has already been typed, eg. personal information

not sure where that fits in to the problems others are having

My subscription expired yesterday and i try to pay the new period of subscription from friday last week, why close the account if we cant pay the accounts and the problem is their?
I hope that you repair that situation, because i want play and i cant do it for your problems.
you wouldn´t close the account until you have fixed the bugs.

like i said in my other post: last nite (sunday) at around 22:30 UK time I went to the DAoC site, selected "Subscription -> Account", entered my login and password, then clicked on Subscribe, selected 1 month, Validate, the good old payment screen came up, entered CC details as usual and et'voila, done...
it was just a matter of minutes, no delays when changing screens/sites etc, was very smooth... just the time from paying until the account was open again was longer as usual...
system: Windows XP Pro with IE6 and all patches and latest Flash player...
and that was for an EXPIRED ACCOUNT ... dunno if/how it works for non-expired accounts :m00:
