but it was 20 hours ago.. u said it should take about 3 hours?

U need swith browser to en/us language (in mozilla u can do this: Edit->Preferences->Languages and select us language - move it to up) this is solved all problems, coz this is not problem IE or Mozilla or Opera... but problem is in the goa script which generete .swf files and can't manage other language than en, thats all.

Message for goa: switch from all other languages to en in your script.

well the above seems to be a little more intelligent than my trial and error method but to break it down

IE - not even close
Opera - failed
Netscape - almost worked but ultimately failed
Mozilla -worked perfect first time

Heheh I remember the days when the DAoC official forums where on the actuall daoc site and they closed them down because people where flameing it to much. They where being rather rude and horrible.

oooh that did the shit for me!! added 'en-us' above the swedish thingy in languages
now theres no more 'lbl..' on the first window atleast.. it is however when u press the validate and it says 'lblSending' ;p
i did get to billing window now! closed it though by mistake
oh well hopefully that invoice currently in process will be gone soon again

There should be a maximum delay of 30 mins between paying and your account getting reactivated. Have you tried recently?

So Erivoss, please inform whomever it is you're informing about the NEW accounts please, specifically, please ask why two brand new cd keys are apparently "bad" according to the subscription email. and i get a mail from GOA sais press this link and then it just loads and then a screen reveals and NADAH!! ...all empty...cant get my new pass :/..

Just dont understand why so many problems with daoc EU.. Wenn US got less, EU team should leech some tricks imo.. But its not like that in GoA.

My account closed down during last week cuz Sub ran out .. And have been trying to renew it ever since with no succes at all

I always got to the step where u select ur subscription duration (1-3-6 months etc)I select 3 months but after pressing validate the load screen just froze up each time.

Now to my huge suprise .. I checked again 30 minutes ago still same result : Load screen freezing up, ok.. I close it and try again

Suddenly i notice at the top of the page

I try to log in... And poof ... my account has been re-opened!

I don't know if i should be happy or worried tho Since my subscription has been renewed without me ever reaching the CC pay site

Will have to check that with the CC company i guess... Dunno ... Seemed verry strange and verry fishy to me

Trying to reactivate a very old account. GOA sent me an email a few weeks back confirming my login details. When I go to the account section the validate button is still greyed out and an invoice is being processed.

Is anyone else still having this problem?

Internet Explorer 6 does NOT work.

Opera does NOT work.

Mozilla Firefox however, does work, I get to the billing-page where I can view my payments, but when I click validate it says "unable to modify your subsciption.. an invoice is currrently in process".

How can the invoice be in process when I havent even reached the page where u enter your cc number ect?

People are getting annoyed right about now, and since this aint the first time I think you could risk to loose alot of costumers over this

Btw I find it lame that you dont upload the old subscription system untill this problem is solved, and since its made in php I reckon it would take like 2min to replace the current site with the old one... also, today/other days are days where I "could have" played, so its kinda waste that I cant, and I think players should get the amount of days refunded where youre site have been out of order.

Well been trying for over 2 hours to get 2nd account renewed to no avail, so i get pissed off and type the login name in caps by accident!!!!! I click validate and poof straight open. 2nd account renewed just minutes ago.


Cant see how it worked tbh, They obviously have alot more work to do.
