one of my old accounts is registered to a cancelled email address ;_;

Well I bought 2 accounts and I cant register them, when I press new account on the client I bounced to a error webpage wich tells me to try again in few minutes.... been trying that since wendesday

Think I just throw this dumb euro accounts aways and reactivate my US server accounts... even mythic is not that bad

i downloaded every bloody browser, with IE i get the infinite loading.

with opera and firefox (modzilla) i cant select my payment cuz some things are missing in the flashbox ( i installed the flash from the site)

i really cant figure it out

ok, i figured out why u cannot c the payment and text in browsers like firefox and Opera.

u will have to download the flashplayer first, even if u already installed it with IE, u still have to download it with your opera or firefox

then u should be able to choose your billing and payment

I registered to this forum just to ask GOA the question which has been burning me many days now.

Why do you guys take untested code and put it to use ? Also, why do you remove the working old one before you are sure the new one is working perfectly ??????

Answer me this and make it a good answer.

I read what the objective of the upgrade was...but (a) Why wasn't it tested sufficiently in a test environment so that it'd be known to work at "go-live"?
And (b) If it didn't work in the first 30 minutes, why wasn't it rolled back and been sent back to testing?

I work in an environment where having a system down for this type of period costs billions.

I know it's not your fault Erivoss, but that's a very poor process.

HELP fortehwin!

I can´t get into the page where i enter the creditcard number etc etc
when i press validate it just keeps loading, is this a problem everyone is experiencing or is it just my com??=)

Well, when i try to acces it I get a "Loading Data" until eternity....oh, used opera and firefox too

so whats the compensation for those of us who lost a weekends play, be it the entire game or just an expansion? im sure you know the weekends are the busiest times, yet alot of us have missed out on alot including planned raids/hunts, leveling time, etc etc. just a question, as i dont intend to have to put up with the rubish of the last few days without something in return.

On Monday 10 May 2004 still problems on renew the subscription.

A friend of mine still has the account closed.

I hope that GOA will work fast on this problem.

I can´t say i like not being able to open my acc, but its better to be patient and wait for the sub-site to come up then to castize the GOA team all the time. better to be patient

this sucks a bitt.I stoped playing DAoC for about 1 year ago.And now i was kinda bored whit SWG and thought i might just as well reopen my DAoC account's.
But in the last 12 months there hasent been much changes in the way GOA opperate there tech/cs side of the servers.

I thought that they would learn from past mistakes..but noooo. :eek2:

as i cant even make a new password to get in to the account server,this is just to stupid,they should have a test befor they patch/update...
And not go on impulse hehe...

well not much to do but wait it seems.

Tell me has this game improved on the last 12 months or is it the same old ?
Is there actualy any point in reopening my account's ?
Or should i just stick to SWG ? :wij:

Emmm u mean you can ask for a new one yes? How you can ask for a new Sub Password I dont know. End of the day Firefox is Mozilla nothing special just a good Windows Port. So dont c what diffrence it gives to say IE or Opera 7.

Sub's backup now so Im happy I can start leveling into the mini hours of every night. Then make my self ill for college again! Meaning more playing time...

Well not for me, I still fall victim to the eternal loading data from hell, no matter what I try. Then again, I try to register my brand new software for the first time, maybe thats a difference

Yup, they seem to slowly be solving all the problems except those of us trying to register new accounts. But everyone seems to be encountering different errors, it's not loading, it is loading but it says we have bad cd keys, we can't pay... (

) Anyway, maybe by next Christmas we'll be able to register the accounts for the software we paid good money for (and that I could have used to buy another game!)

I just use IE and dont have any of the problems you report here.

I can access all menus and even put in my credit card details, just that after you have entered your card number and click submit, an error appears saying that the payment system is unavailable and to try again later. Which after doing that it takes the stupid 3 hrs for the false invoice to clear itself!!

Yeah, but the evil data loading screen from mars seems only to apply to those who want to register their software for the first time, like me and artemis.
Its getting out of hand, I've got the box for almost a week and I havent even played it for 1 second. This has got to be an all time record for downtime. Not able to play before you even have an account..hehe

/shrug ... dunno what problems you guys have, but I re-activated my expired cleric account last nite using IE (version 6, all latest patches and running on WinXP) as browser and had no problem at all, just the time from payment until the account was active again was longer than it used to be before, but apart from that it's working as intended tbh :m00:
