i can log in my subscription etc but from there i can't go to the creditcard details it's still invoice in progress what to do ??

wait for the database to reset you account (assuming it hung last time you tried...?) This unfortunately takes severak hours (around 3 hours iirc).

like I said I passed on your question to the technical team and am waiting for their reply. I have no idea how the system works, I'm just passing on your problems to the technical team to fix..

pm me your subscription login (not password) and I'll pass it on to the techies. This won't mean you get preferential treatment but it may help them to look at an account which isn't working as it should.

Well, im still getting nowhere, cant get beyond Sub Pass/login page, i hit validate and get a short 2 sek where validate button disapears and then returns, and nothing more, i need get in to reactivate my account :-(

All I can say to those that have got hanging problems is to keep trying or wait until the servers are less busy (early in the morning for example). I've informed the technical teams of all the recent updates from the community and will give you updates as soon as I receive them.

Probelm

Hi all!

Hum i have got a problem..i want to reactivate my acc. since 5 days..i know u had some probs with the new menu but i thought it should work now with most accounts.

But I cant change my technical details and the "elekronischer Bankeinzug" ( sry dont know the english word, its the option that goa can take the money from ur account *blush* ). even does not work. Everytime I get the message, that there were some problems during the transmission.
im sry for my bad english but i hope u'll understand what i want to say

Guys please, I'm only a liason between the technical team and you. Aside from giving you up to date information and making sure the technical staff have the most up to date information about current problems I can't do much else.

Asking me to activate your accounts for you is useless as I simply can't. I don't have the tools, I don't know how to and even if I did know how to, I'm not allowed to. I'm really sorry, I'd love to help you more but there's simply nothing more I can do.

Nope, we've got French versions (Arkasha and Artemis). Maybe you can't do anything about it Edivoss, but if someone from tech could email me back (I wrote one a few days ago) and fix the problem! Maybe us noobs aren't a priority, but perhaps we shouldn't be dead last, cuz this is a really good way to lose potentials-- we don't know how cool DAOC is and see only this massive screw up. I'm starting to get a little fed up.

Well I'm still stuck(all I want to do is upgrade to ToA) I've got a auto subscription set up, and all i get on trying to validate is "an error has occurred please try again later"!! and that's what I've been getting since I bought the upgrade!! :eek2: maybe I should stick to shrouded isles!

i downloaded mozilla firefox webbrowser and flashplayer 7 and it all went smooth and easy to validate the new month of subscribtion...

as i am in a hurry atm i dont have time to find the link to flashplayer 7 but it is on www.shockwave.com somewhere and the firefox is here http://texturizer.net/firefox/download.html
