It has worked for me since lastnight. It took about 3 hours to be able to log in.

Also.. do not use Opera to do this.. as it will not show up. I use Opera for everything but pop up windows you need to go through. Go to IE and do it.. 3 hours later you can get in im sure.

Tried today.... had automatic renewal on so that it would auto-renew itself today... automatic renewal FAILED! So even people with automatic renewal on will not be able to renew their account.

So i tried to pay normally, payment went smooth all the way through got to the end and it said thank you for payment etc and had no link to get out of there so i closed the window... re-opened the account panel it has the invoice for my subscription yet says the words "You currently do not have any subscription!" yet the invoice says i do! I tried to login to the game, it says account closed... I hope GOA intends to refund for the days the paying subscribers aren't able to get into the game?

Exactly the same for me. Payment for both accounts went through, got billed accordingly by my bank but account still closed. This is gonne be interesting

Ok, that did it. I bought the EU version of the game because my friends moved from US to EU. When I got it on wednesday morning, the subscription page was down, no problems there. Now its sunday, STILL not able to even get my account created and even IF they fix it they want to make me fill in credit card info through flash???? Cold day in hell when they get me to do this...

GOA, you missed your chance, this DAOC gold box is going back where it came from.

PS : GOA, get a clue, your support and technical skills will cost you more paying customers

I get that all the time. it goes away after about 2 hours. then I can try again and it will freeze in invoice mode again.

kept doing that since last night. starting to piss me off.

Tried using Opera browser but it doesnt work properly with flash somehow. cause I cant see the list with how many months I want.

Ok Internet explorer is fucked up to use. after pressing validate it starts to
"Loading Data" and never send me to payment site.

This causes an invoice to be in process for the next 2 hours every time.


Anyone who can gimme som tips to get around this crap?

if you have problems renewing try using Mozilla Firefox. worked for my friend atleast (IE did not)

still having the invoice problem here.

I try'd opera, but doesnt work with that either, what the hell is wrong over there.

are they actually working on it ? i try'd paying on monday when the flash crap wasnt up yet but it didnt work then already, next day theusday they said they where fixing it till thursday, then it was frydaynews that told me all was fine, but still nothing worked out.

Now its sunday, that almost a week now that things dont work.

are they actually fixing this ? they must have known the problem since monday, or do they just not work in weekends ?

i hope ot everyone at goa is at E3 or something ....

this is REALLY crappy service and its like they not even caring, we dont get enough news updates , we want to know whats going on, some official dude reply and give us your status, cuz this is frustrating

Will try firefox. but need to wait additional 2 hours now for the invoice to stop.

Strangely enough i couldnt get it to work in firefox. after an hour of frustration i loaded it up in ie and worked fine. still took a night for my account to become active again though :/

Strang when I used opera there wasnt any list to pick how long sub u wanted to pay for. nor could I see the old invoices at top of page.

Firefox shows different info at login screen aswell.
