mine is to try and be more disciplined / get healthy, getting kidney stones was a bit of a wake up call to get a better diet; and now I've got 5 months or so of college to get in a proper mind set.

If I could end 2013 with a healthier lifestyle be fitter, and be in university I'll be happy.
