Which is best for RvR these days Mana or Light Mentie?

depends on your playstyle but I think most people would vouch for light even though I'm mana myself

Well, most RvR mentys would spec 45 light/28 ment/10 mana , thats if they have the equipment, RA's and Tartaros to help with power consumption and regeneration.

With 45 Light / 29 Mana you get MR3 and Blue AE DoT if you like mezz-breaking zergs

Well if u want rvr groups, than I would recommend that you make a light eld, but if u wanna be a mentalist, than Light spec is the way to go.
Although you won't have much utility, but you will have best charm and decent nukes/ae's and if u got 28 menta than u also get demezz and a decent single mezz.
