In the off season i guess it's like 6-7 times a week.
When the football season is on, i limit myself to 3'ish a week. I'm more aggressive if i lay off the pleasure for a day or 2 before a game, and moderate myself to keep the competitive energies up. But never more than 3 days... i want to win, not kill someone.

Have to go a bit off-topic and tell yet another lovely story:
Mate of mine is laying down and trying to sleep, long day tomorrow and the missus asks him if he minds if she rubs herself off...well..
