Lan Games in Game stores

An idea why not have loads of computers, a security guard and have lan games in game shops??
Anyone else think this would be a good idea cus Quazar in Stoke has it but no one plays.
I think it would be a great idea!!!

yeah.. Pc World used to have UT (back when itwas new) networked across 2 pc's

beat the local champ between 12pm and 2pm and you'd get a free copy of the game

Most of the GAME stores do not have the floor space for LAN events, if there was some free space it would be used for selling

2 shops in our local area have about 12-14 pc's networked up with all sorts of games.

Advantages: It was quite cheap, something like50p or £1 an hour

Disadvantages: Break downs and if u got the crap pc.. tough!!
