I am fed up with the amount of people I ALMOST kill, for them to get in range of a effing DI Bot that instantly heals them to 100%.

Ill always have a DI bot on stick as long as im not playing a lifetap caster with moc3 whatever you say.
Once a SB does a PA on a non LT caster its better to just start typing /rel cause its fecking worthless, so yes ill bring a DI bot whenever i can.
Sorry to disapoint you but this game wasnt made for soloing Illu, casters do get tired of getting steam rolled by 2H SB doing 90% of dam on first blow or getting insta´d by a lame warelock or 2/3/4/5 stealthers jumping on him.

Last night while on top of a keep 2X 2H SB tryed to dual PA me...want to play unskilled with me? ill play unskilled also. I survived that dual PA cause i had DI2 up!

my ice wiz is rr5 and can kill red mobs with ease, the ones in df got updated specifically to make them harder to solo tho and thats not so easy these days.

and ice wizzies aint as bad solo in rvr as muyl is making out, sure its far from easymode and can be frustrating at times(stealthers land a PA on u and ur pretty much fucked, but against visibles u got a fighting chance if u play well). but its a real challenge and the feeling u get from winning against the odds is what makes this game worth playing imo.

i pay £8 a month for it and want to get the most out of my money, whos to say a second account is just for buffing? afterall, its surely better that the cleric is a bot and not an active player because its alot easier to kill, no? so whats the problem? you want a free rps caster who goes down in 1 PA chain or even 1 shot PA? bit of a slap in the face i guess when they start thinking of ways to defend themselves vs "on my terms only" stealthers.

People need to look at both sides of the coin, yeah its damn annoying when a caster gets healed from DI when its on low health , but its also far from fun when your 1/2 shotted from a stealther/tank. Surely Illu I've seen you play on sm and you havent had to deal with 2h PAs from rr7+ sbs.

Its the same on any server tho and for both hib/alb. 90% of the whines come from mids, why? because shamans cant get DI, if they could are people saying they wouldnt group with there bot when it was in the area?

o and before you slate a wizards ability solo (ice in particular), with a crap range nearsight, root (woopee, hello purge,resists,charge), no speed and a rr5 thats extremely situational, you really need to try it first. Wizard is a silly class damage wise but it sure as hell is not a solo class (to the point where u can solo and enjoy it) anywhere else but in siege scenarios.
