Racism by DEFINITION is deiscrimination against any identifiable group based entirely on them being a member of that group.

One slight caveat, Gypsies, or rather "Travellers" do claim racism, even though they're not a distinct ethnic group. But just because a pikey wants to pretend they're unique doesn't mean they are.
