My subscription expired yesterday but instead of searching for my credic card I sat down and gave myself a moment to think it all over. I realized that DAoC wasn't fun for me anymore. It was a dose of frustration I had to take every day and that clearly isn't the purpose of DAoC.

Camlann was the reason why I played DAoC for this long, for about ten months. 10 months!? Shouldn't I have at least two level 50's? The problem is I really hated exping. Grinding your fourties somewhere in Hib SI, whacking some mindless mantras, is frustrating and painful, even with a buffbot. What I loved was the server itself. PvP was always fun, unfair or not. Sadly I wasn't able to pvp my career as a champion. Too late I realized that I should have made a stealther...

Before leaving these boards I have to thank several people here. I thank the whole FH camlann community, especially Skold, Ghorak, Ruzdo, Zephyrex and Atheistic Archon, for making my time on camlann unforgettable. I wish good luck to all of you.

Goodbye Camlann, hope your battlefields will never empty.

Thanks for those words... Made me feel homesick, really. But erm... who says rl? I've been playing AC2 and Horizons free trials yet those games can't compare with DAoC. Maybe I should just keep a small "MMOG-fast" till WoW.

To Goldragon - Thanks for saying goodbye mate, too bad I didn't know you My dream was to play a class which could (solo)PvP 20 - 50 and with my gaming skills a stealther is the only option (I'm not Enkor y'know)

To Draugs - Thanks for all that mate... PvP'ing with your warden was one of my best experiences on camlann. Tbh you were the person who taught me to PvP... (-Wtf were you thinking!? You were supposed to mez, not rush melee! -Umm sorry)
