That reminds me, I only ever got up to book 7 in that series. I told myself I wouldn't read further until it was finished, as the gaps between books made it difficult to remember what had happened previously. I should order the last few and start from scratch...
There are two books to go. Winds of Winter will probably come out next year. No idea about the last one though (A Dream of Spring), on Martin's current form it would be around 2018, after the TV show has finished (which is expected to wrap up in 2017). I reckon there's probably a plan about that. There's also the slight worry about the very overweight 65 year old who's writing it...
Do read them, it's worth the effort.
Aidan Gillen cannot do an accent. Holy fucksticks.
I have to say Joffrey is the best reason to avoid incest!

I'm an only child. it's very difficult to imagine. I'd certainly draw the line at the rest of my relatives.More than the "ewwww" of shagging your own siblings?
Agreed. Or act very well at all IMO.

Its almost like he was overdubbed by someone else, it was that...odd.

Not sure I'd agree with that. He was great in Love/Hate and he was good in GoT until this episode. Its almost like he was overdubbed by someone else, it was that...odd.
I don't know of him at all.I think his character is great and he's done a passable job of transmitting it - but I think he's been pretty weak in everything I've seen him in, though I've never seen Love/Hate...

His acting has been fine in Game of Thrones up to now but that accent is just strange. Especially when he didn't have it in the other seasons. I can't remember if the book mentions him gaining his old accent back from his homeland or not.
Did Job and tohtori swap accounts or something?
I think that portrayal of the character is pretty good.
She's meant to be this kid who was told everything was stolen from her family, any leadership she learnt was from her brother and khal drogo. She's idealistic not wise.
She doesn't know how to rule or lead really, this is her practice run for when she reclaims the iron throne.
