try the same fights unbuffed vs unbuffed.

1) thas the damage i used to do as 50 slash
2) vs Venum im not buffed, but i do 240 dmg
3) this is about the minstrel dmg output, on hatrix i did as much as 450
4) i have respecced to a gimp stealther now :/
5) after i solo a drag0n i will be 50 slash again muhhh

look at the damage venum is doing, he's either OUT OF ENDURANCE or using 10 dps weapons.


most classes hit more than mincer buffed damage UNBUFFED


counting buffs, i could show you pics of my SB constantly hitting for 400+ and 500+ damage, counting crits and ofhand near 1k.

If minstrel was fine now they wouldn't get all these lovely changes next patch :)
We all know a buffed minstrel is powerful, stealth, speed, hard hitting, hard to kill etc.

when tf did i say we sucked? i just refuted the crap raisen posted (we have anytime df, we have better dmg than perf chain, etc etc, we have more hp (wtf?) than infs etc)

personally i'm happy with my mincer, buffs make us viable ;>
also non-gimped RAs would help in my case, AoM5 is not teh win

but unbuffed those ppl still do well.
Thier classes do well overall

unbuffed minstrel fights melee like a mage.

Granted the mincer class does have a few good soloers (alpha, coran etc)

Skalds do that cause they:

1: don't have hp
2:you go against a skald one on one the skald loose every time (except if you go against a sorc, cleric or lvl 46-49 blademaster.)
3: skalds need some loving imho.

Edit the cleric and the sorc was lvl 50.

Skalds do less or the same damage as minstrels. Skalds suck, and we are supposed to be a hybrid fighter.
