Film and DVD content idea

While sitting through the "day after tomorrow" I had an idea, one of those light bulb moments.

I'm a big movie buff like many of you who post on this forum so I was wondering if you'd all be interested if each up and coming film had a thread with information and images was posted? This way we can all post news before it's release, then later reviews once you've seen it.

This allows anyone coming to the site later to look a thread up and have all the information contained in one place, which will be useful once the dvd/video is released?

Just an idea, what do you think?

Might be nice to have a film release dates list stickyed. Maybe something highlighting some of the not so well publicised films as well.
eg had no idea about The Chronicles of Riddick until I saw the trailer before Van Helsing.
