I've got an academic poster to design for some coursework due in a couple of weeks and I'm not the most creatively gifted person out there
After having a look through google images i've found a background that might be suitable (the poster's on ankle injuries), but I don't think the black background lends itself well to an eye-catching poster.
Would anyone be able to crop the image below and/or manipulate the background (and possibly the image) to a colour that would be more visually friendly to place text on top of/around it (image and background)
Heres the image, it's going onto A3 paper so I'm hoping it won't end up pixelated when blowing it up.
Any other tips on making it look pretty would be appreciated too
Cheers guys
