ok this is NOT a nerf savage thread i am just interested to hear a savages point of view .

Do YOU think you are overpowered . im not asking you to whine about "LA balance" or how much mid tanks have been screwed over in the past , i would like a honest (if thats possible from FOTM players) answer if you think your char is overpowered .

and if you do THINK your savage is overpowered what do YOU think would be a good change for your class that will still make it a strong char but not TO overpowered as it seems they are atm .
im not interest also in hearing opinions from the constant whiners that have been pwnd by savages or whines about df/bof/sos/group purge . just a simple honest response from savages . cos imo summin must be wrong there if even some of your own realm mates are calling for a nerf cos they cant get grps cos soo many savages about .


anyways comment away i wanna see how many HONEST savages there are

im not a savage but i played a savage for a bit the other day (while savage played my healer )

an tbh, they are grossly overpowered, but many of the whiners dont see how..

its not the quads that aer overpowerering imo..

its the DPSbuff combined with the hastebuff, normal damage at capped speed = ouch, i had a whole fight vs 3fg without getting any quads, but still ripped through casters in seconds due to the average damage...at incredible speed

also, that rear stun is uber :>


imo, as long as they keep DPS, Haste and Det, they will continue to be the top tank.

yeah they are overpowered.
its the buffs like carlos mentioned, they cost like nothing atm and give a huge bonus, also the style growth rates on the hth styles are insanely high.

You are an idiot, as I said in earlier post, there is people which made savages FIRST DAY OF RELEASE! that was the time savages was considered to be the worst tank in mid except thanes..

so what? If I get jumped by a fg I use frenzy on a caster, maybe I can kill him and get some rps, and he will be rezz ill the next 2.5-5mins etc.

Its free rps if they blast selfbuffs and manage to kill someone, what do you care?

I have savage on PvP(not L50) but i think that this char is very uber.
On PvP is my friend who has L50 healer and L50 savage, for him is healer normal class, but about his savage he always said, thats very ovepowered class.

scouts have never been uber, it were the gimped specs from enemies (nature druids etc) , gimped groups & low lvls that made us look uber.

Like i said some people roll a class cause they enjoy it, i rolled a H2H savage day 1 of SI and got him to 21, im happy now i stopped cause the whining here by certain morons that because you have <insert class> your FoTm is just funny.

imo, as long as they keep DPS, Haste and Det, they will continue to be the top tank.

As far as i know with best DPS buff they have abit over 20 effective dps, read it from some post on VN from the savege TL, was a guide to how they works

When i see an alb zerg run over a solo mid or full group of mids you can bet Aussie will pop up to leech rps and get a KM or 2 to show how l337 he can be.

It's not a question of playing a class because they want to suck, it's merely a question of not deciding to roll a fotm class to wtfpwn everything and there's plenty of those (and you know this).

e.g. There are people still playing Berserkers. There are Thanes. I'm currently playing a Reaver instead of a Merc. There are Champions about, but they could have all rolled BMs, etc, etc.

only thing that ever stops you is a slam or a good guard tank..
