"Players were once caught plotting to cut the power lines to another player’s house to leave him exposed during a major battle"
Lol, i remember that. No surprises as to who it was, Band of Brothers of course. Had a CCP developer handing them blueprints, were the first alliance to use hacking and had the biggest cap fleet at the time and we still wiped them off the map
Oh, well i can't remember them all.
Who were that alliance that tried to take on BoB just before Goons did then? I know they had that worthless space north of where BoB was...
I remember they bragged a lot at the beginning about how easy it went, just to fail horribly when BoB decided to get serious or something...
I call bullshit sensationalism on this. Plotting to cut power lines - where the action is a criminal offense - is something entirely different than theorizing about it, obviously by some delusional players.
.
Must have totally sucked for BoB to see them go from the most powerful alliance in the game to no bodies due to some Alliance who decided to play EvE for a laugh.
Make sure you don't dislodge your shoulder mate. I hear it hurts like hell....
For all panels, yeah. Keynotes and competition finals are streamed in HD for anyone.Don't Blizzard charge for Blizcon too though?
Ahh good point.Depends if they have a non HD that's free. If they do i have no problem with them charging for HD quality.

Doing the jobs tutorial at the moment and everything seems very confusing to me. I was trying to find an asteroid earlier but I didn't find anything which was a bit confusing, thanks to google I found out that the Asteroids had been cleared out and they only respawn after server restartsDon't undock in something you're not prepared to lose. Always keep an eye on local and never AFK unless you have docked. Don't trust anyone, especially not someone that says you can. Make sure you know what ships you want to spend most of your time flying at "end game" and plan your skill training accordingly. When in 0.4 - 0.0 space, always assume that everyone you meet is looking to kill you.
Oh and be ready to die a lot, be screwed over a lot by getting robbed, scammed and grieved at in general.
Everyone in EvE is an ass, get used to it.
Other then that, GLHF...
Don't undock in something you're not prepared to lose.
Well clones aswell. When I quit they cost about 13m ISK a pop to replace without implants.
I didn't say otherwise, did I? When *I* quit EVE, my char had about 72m SPClone cost is determined on how many skillpoints you have.
