We found out what happened:

The Credit Card Tzee used was reported as missing. He go a new one and found his old one later. So he used the old one (who is still reported as missing) by mistake and the bank reported to Goa that this card is stolen.But that's not correct.

Now we try to explain that to Goa....

Just a little mistake which ended with a blacklisted account...

done as zargar said and emailed subscription@goa.com explaining this, and why the card used was invalid.

honest mistake, lets hope they realise and accept that.

waiting on a response from RightNow.

I am sure that they will fix it now that they know what has happened if the "mail-correspondance don't work try to phone or sand "normal" letters...
