ok, i spoke with zargar a bit, but he doesnt handle the account/subs info etc so cant do much

he suggested to me we just basically email subscription@goa.com and explain to them totally what happend to get it cleared

as for me, i dont really like this, feels like im coming out like some sort of really dodgy guy or smth..

but here's my view - credit cards can only be reported stolen by the person whose card it is, or if there is a really strange change in the pattern of spending, the company might deem it a good idea to stop the card - however, either way, i _would_ know, either cus i phoned them myself, or they would phone me to tell me what they did.

i have no correspondance whatsoever, and its been a week now since i tried to use the card, so if they do think its stolen, they certainly havent told me about it

anyway, i mean, iceb got my bank details etc, goa have my name/address/ip, my ip is registered with my isp and they also have the same card/address... so dunno, i dont really imagine like i'm commiting some major fraud or something, otherwise i would really have had someone at my door by now? ;p

Lo i work for for Egg the credit card company and the way each company works it's systems differ's slightly but they do share some commen things.

When a transaction goes through for autherisation the av credit is checked and also the status flag if there is one, L status and U status, fruad and lost status will both retain your card if used, By using someone else's credit card you commited fruad if you used their address and not your own.

But i still cant see why they say your cards stolen as status flags are universal, what you need to do is contact the bank that issuied the credit card (Make sure the primary cardholder speaks to them otherwise they gonna tell you to blow) and ask them to file a dispute with wanadoo and they will resolve it on your behalf.

Its not the first time iceb has problems with his subs payments, just becos of the way goa handles this stuff.. We are claiming his rights to PAY! to play the game and not to b called thieft bcoz of sum1 elses mistake.

well really if you are the owner to the card you did pay you accont with you should be able to talk to "visa" in your country and get it sorted out and ask why its put as stolen on the status, and if its a mistake i really do think that they should be able to explain that to goa/mythic or whom ever..

he called up the bank and said : ve got zome crezditcardz here fromz teh germanz withz a scottishz account number cant that be stolen ?

no proof or what so ever .. and even IF something was wrong .. like there was some illigal haggis deal made with that card or something ... it aint iceb's fault just a friend who try's to help out.

we need iceb !!
