We sent an Email to Rightnow. Answer was that they look into it and contact us again. That was the last thing we heard before they closed the thread. (Status: Solved)

Tzeentch sent another Email yesterday and told them to look into it like they said in the other Thread.

Ice, you have to keep adding new info to a question in RightNow or after 24h after their last answer they will consider the problem solved.

what if we all (shameless bumpers) report the issue to right now?

mb if they get 20+ ppl spamming their rightnow inbox for the same trouble, just maybe, they bother to sort it out?

If they got 20+ people spamming their mail from the same subject they will do one or many of the following:

1: Ignore and block the senders.

2: Ignore and make this Iceman/Icedude/Vanilla Ice an example and do nothing at all.

3: Have coffee. Ignore the mails. Block senders. Nerf every class for being twats. Take away horses all together.

Just a heads-up :p

EDIT: Oh and... Not bumping this thread.
