nah slander can be verbal, written, typed what ever, friend in UO got followed around by some freak (kept making new chars and accounts) calling her a whore and slut and all that, she got numerous accounts banned and served something against the guys parents in the end

As for maxed etc. I've had payment refused for maxed and expired cards and they have always accepted an alternative payment, blacklisting for that sort of thing is going too far. A stolen card I can see why, in this case though, it sounds like some misinformation has crept in somewhere and they need a kick to tell them to reinvestigate the case.

This stolen card issue smells a bit fishy to me. If the card was reported stolen then Tzee's account would have been killed too.
Far more likely that some noob was using a program to cross reference the Goa database and it flagged that...
Mr A (registered in Germany) is paying his account using Mr B (registered in Scotland) credit card. With all the 'hacking' going on someone's balls dropped and he shit himself terminating Mr A account, terrified that Mr B was gonna throw a fit.
Question for Tzee. If this credit card according to Goa has been reported stolen, do you have any charge backs on your statement?

If you do want kemor to read this and respond I would subtly nudge you away from the whole yelling wankers and telling GOA to FO...
I can understand people being annoyed, but at the same time kemor is the messenger, not evil manifest laughing while tying virgins to the train tracks. And you know what they say about not shooting the messenger...

This is very unfair of GOA, if the card hasn't beenr eprted stolen to the company and the owner can confirm he is paying for icebreaker GOA shouldn't have any right to ban the account.
