Do you catch the train in England

I get the train every morning for work, each day i have to get off at Shenfield station to be presented by the most annoying woman in the world

she says "The train calling at platfooorrrmmmmm onne going to brentwoooooddddd haaallleeewoooodddd"

anyways she sounds like a Dalek!

does anyone else have to endure this bainshee with her insesant voice!
