Would never treat non students this way.
Why does the Government understand that from history it clearly shows that students usually make the backbone of any Government protest.
With the Government's blessing quite clearly or lots of the unis wouldn't be doing the same thing.

No fences in exeter. They had the students split out from the general population because there was a big prevalence of the virus in the student population and not in the locals.
