Its a posh one, I doubt its available at Tesco etc. 1000 bottles a week. I imagine its pretty pricey.

Nice one, would love to give a potato vodka a try, most stuff available are grain vodka and taste just fine if triple distilled but I don't think I have had a potato vodka before unless I had it in Bulgaria and wasn't aware.

the sell it at waitrose, John Lewis and Sainsburies apparently. John Lewis have it for £38 a bottle, if you are ordering a few it's cheaper to get it direct from Chase. £5.85 flat rate delivery plus £32 per bottle.

Ofc, but then replying to a post that calls me a wanker is a subtle way of saying - hand on chin with pensive look on my face and muttering hmmm!

Works out similar if you buy here for just under £30, £6.99 delivery and insured. I'm getting one of these bad boys, have to try it now.

meh :/

Vodka confuses me to be honest,
it seems the less taste it has, the more expensive and posh it is.

Potato vodkas are genrally good though, most distilleries dont use them due to price
and storage, "grain is just that much easier & cheaper"

Didnt they visit chase in james & oz great bristish adventure ?

So funny story,
I knew that name sounded familiar, I just didnt know exactly why,
turns out after talking to the colleagues at work, one of our suppliers actually had it
in his stock, wich he had brought by back in feb for us to taste, we had then in march
put in an order for 24 bottles, but by then the supplier had dropped the brand, as he didnt think it all that good :D

bet he's kicking himself now ?

Well the thing is, more taste is not more quality.

Take pisang ambon for example, stock full of taste but it's hardly quality.

Good quality vodka, or any spirit really in my opinion, is in the smoothness and the taste of alcohol. The less t tastes like alcohol and the smoother it goes down raw, the better.

If i could have a vodka bottle with a good kick that tasted like air, it would be worth a good price.

Best mixers in the world.

I can get you that.
but on the other hand, if you think Grey goose is da bomb..if you do, then..in that case, I cant help you...no one can...

[disclaimer]Grey goose is not a bad vodka by any sence of the word, but..Yes!
it's overrated and over priced..[/disclaimer]

Would take £7.99 Tamova triple distilled grain vodka from Aldi over poncey overpriced underwhelming Grey Goose any day of the week. It is all style and no substance.

Ofcourse there's always the "don't pay for hype" clause in alcohol.

If something is costly due to the bottle or brand(without reason), no way :p

Sipping the marmalade now, very very nice vodka, no taste at first, then the marmalade taste and slightly warm at the end.

Both bottles were well packaged for delivery, the bottle of Chase vodka comes in a very nice bottle and presentation box.
