This aint the answer we got from SEB, since you wont go below 0SEK (zero) on your SEB account you / they can do following :
Put a buy limit on the card (100sek), in that way you wont be charged from Mythic/EA,
this is what SEB told us to do at least.

Thats weird.
I quoted this in a new message to them. I would like to hear why they dont have same answer for all their customers.

I guess the answer will help me decide if I wanna keep them as bank in the future

Just checked my card balance , i got charged 22x £10.16 on the 20th of march , 20th of fucking march and they just tell us now?

So theyve had £223.52 of my money for 20 days , luckily it just missed my statement date and the lass on the phone said if i get it back before the 18th i wont pay any interest on it. Got a feeling im gonna get screwed with the exchange rate now.

Nah didnt get anything , i dont have online card management for the card as i only use it for daoc so didnt bother. Just got home and found an email from mythic so i rang tsb up and they told me the last charges on my card.

Im gonna sign up to manage the card online now though , wish id done it before.

I originally paid $14.95 which was £9.93 - I was charged 37 times.

The current exchange rate means if they refund $14.95 I'll get £9.73 which is £0.20 difference. Multiply by 37 and it's £7.40

Also they said use /appeal if you have any other issues you need to speak to them about. This is for the people who do not live in USA and dont wanna pay loads on phone calls.

It's a program you can use if you dont want to use your actual card number online.
You input a buyers limit and how many months the card should be valid and it creates a virtual card that you can buy with online.
Really smooth except that this time it totally ignored my limit which according to the bank shouldn't be possible.

Just for clarity for anyone else reading this and trying to figure out if they might be effected, can anyone please answer the following questions:

Is this only US DAoC and/or WAR accounts, or have some EU ones been charged?

Have people with closed accounts been charged, or only active subscriptions?
