Ok i agree on the point that the older/top clans are gonna give this game a good testing BUT!!!! oh yes
not all of their players will. quite frankly if your going to give anyone special treatment give it to the scripters not the best tribes. give it to someone whos knows tribes very very well. if we take for example HH, and guys please dont take this the wrong way, they have some very good scripters but they also have players who aint got a clue 'bout scripting (meant in no way offensively). why did the whole clan get beta, personally i wouldnt have given myself the beta but then i didnt expect it. what i did expect was for the T2 team to chose wisely. maybe instead of giving the beat to cF (another example) they should have given it to the french team, or the danish team. that way the game could have been tested for teamplay but no-one-specific team would have had a significant advantage over another (except maybe cF who have most of the french team )
anyway i agree that beta shouldnt be given to whole teams, but i also agree that these teams will probably do a good job.

Um, I would like to think I am pretty dedicated. Been playing for about 15 months nearly everyday ( I know, I know; I have no life. ) Think it is unfair that all of a sudden people are accusing HH of somehow being undedicated, or even imply we use cheats, because we are dedicated and we don't cheat. You won't have heard of me before because like I said earlier in this thread, I was a Half-Life player. I've been running a Tribes TAC clan and it's website for the last 5 months and I don't recall ever seeing you play TAC. I've also made some Tribes related add-ons you are probably not aware of.

My previous posts relating to you are intended as humourous, if you don't find them funny then I'm sorry. But I'd avoid the TAC forum if I were you. You might find the humour there at bit too robust.

P.S. I don't know why all of you are so concerned about the beta, inevitably you'll all be crap at Tribes2 anyhow. Australasia shall express full 0wnage over their European bretheren, much like all competitive sports, e.g. cricket, rugby, league ect.
