Best tank ever grouped with for PvE is Borgdur by several miles and then some.

In RvR notable tanks off the top of my head are in no particular order: Zaksoth, Mellin, Kirinia, Junior, Korvarn and of course Onlsaught's miniature giant space hamster himself. That blejsomethingorother person seems quite good the odd time I've grouped

-self AF buff
-self abs buff
-self end reduction buff
-3 group resist buffs
-self dex/quick buff

thats 11 buffs in total, think that friar is underbuffed tbh

You shouldn't see end reduction buff drop either

i would say knudden is the best tank even if he is a cleric, soooo tough to kill, 10000 instas and bof and his cleric sidekick healing. . other then that rr6+ palas with max shield give a good fight before they drop. mid tanks aint realy impressive.

I killed him while Talen was stabbing me in the back, he even mezzed me. So he is not that though.
