My list of hardest tanks in my opinon tanks are:

HIB: Malevolencia - Bfr

MID: Bigade - Melgar -

ALB: Hrodelbert - Drizzt - and Gladiator ofc!

Hm, old thread - still, here it comes .... :

Can't really speak much about rvr (although I have little doubt that Hrod would rank pretty much up there ), cause I spend most of my time pve, really, but imho the best pve tank I have seen/played with is no longer around : old Bakkaruno (pally, Alb/Pryd) / Daren (hero, Hib/Exc) - poetry in motion - actually, made me realise how crap the average tank really is (no offense to all and sundry here ) - and my perspective was being a caster in one case and co-tank in the other ... - ok, and yes, I am biased, I know ...

champs aint that good, realy, no slam so takes longer to get tanks of our drood and chanters and they drop dead alot faster cuz no defensive skills. trade moose, cheap ra:s. more hps and wpn skill for end-eating debuff and dd nothx. but they are good in duels.

As Down knows the old lag could melee (non kite) solo purples, like the Warshades in the epic zone. Anything red in DF, purples without fast attacks. In RVR in one on ones vs anything without cc and the time to win.
Would be interesting now with SC armour and all those procs and stuff, but alas retirement.

Wardens could use some form of snare or rear positional stuns to stop peeps towing them all over the battleground. If they added something that made them more active they'd be much more interesting to play. Mind you I just used to melee everything anyway.

Oldbone is the only mid that doesn't make stupid emotions to the fallen enemies. He keeps saluting my corpse even i don't deserve it. You know i can't hold my self some times hence i /rude or /da, especialy when i kill the buffed NSs that /slit to me before the fight.

There are loads of good tanks don't know many outside hib coz I just try and kill them not look at their names

Ignore(aka MrT) always pisses me off tho coz as soon as he see's me that's it I'm out for the rest of the fight unless he gets killed which doesn't seem to happen often enough.

Slayn is my personal slam bot so i gotta say hib coz he's saved my skin more than a few times.

Sharwyn bfr eyas malev etc all wicked fun to play with
