oh and Latuvu its RvR just to clarify what that actually means as you dont read game rules and coc.. it means realm verses realm.. no where in the rules of the game or in the design of the game does it say 1 v 1 or fg v fg.. enemys are in open season for anyone to attack to defend there Realm, there is however a mutual underwritten respect for certain grps who run and certain soloers that they are left to there own.. but respect like that has to be earned by reputation and judging on what your saying on here and how you uphold yourself then ur always going to get added on whatever class u play..

m8 im not judging whether your cheated or not because tbh i really dont give a toss about you, but you really need to take a step back and look at this from an impartial pov and see exactly how stupid your sound and how poinless and contradictory your arguments are.

its been re-iterated over and over in this thread and you have openly admitted that you broke CoC, in multiple ways. Just accept the punishment and learn from it and maybe you will become a better person for your lesson. Just because you know a way to cheat doesnt justify actually doing it. Like thousands of others in this game i get continually pissed by people using bugs/haxx/3rd party programs just so they can gain an advantage. So the more of you that are tossed out of the game the better for the community.

I would like to congratulate the GM's on some good investigative work and action upon it.

Zenythe recieved a report ingame and followed it up. As a result of her investigation she became very suspicious and decided to follow Latuvuuu around and use some of our tools to see if there was any reason for him being able to move at speed whilst in combat, diseased and snared. On multiple occasions.

We can see all the active effects (buffs, charged items, active RAs etc) that a character has at any time and so it's very easy to see if someone is using an effect such as Charge, Arms Length, SoS, Winged Helm or similar. Obviously in Thidranki, the list of things that give you speed in combat is pretty short. We checked server logs for anomalous movement logs that would indicate movement faster than the server believes should be possible and found plenty of matches. So the evidence that we have is direct observation (not something we can really send you) and a list of numbers. That's all the server log returns, numbers and dates. Not very informative and without access to dev tools actually pretty useless to you.

For the record when you spoke to Zenythe the first time prior to being terminated and booted you were actually talking to me. Zenythe asked me to corroborate her observations. After a period of doing exactly what she had just done herself, I found myself bound to agree with her suspicions and so I spoke to you before terminating you (as terminations are my call as lead GM). I booted you, not because I was terrified of you bringing the conversation to FH, but because I had better things to do than argue with you.

We do not need to prove to you that you were cheating. At our entire discretion we can terminate your account if we feel that it would be in the best interests of the game. At any time. For any reason. The only person I need to justify the decision to is my boss. This is one of the conditions that you agreed to when you created your account and every time that you logged into the game.

Cheating is a choice. Most people avoid making it.

And the fact that u say u can terminate any account, as long as u think it "benefits the game"..... U are practically saying that u can termintae my account because u think im an arse then? Me = 0 bans, 0 perma bans
You = 4 bans, 1 perma ban

now ive never cheated in this or any orther game, therefore ive never had to speak to a GM, get banned etc.... You on the other hand have recieved 4 bans and 1 perma ban for cheating, and you expect other avid readers of this forum to believe you when you say your pure and unsullied and there is the great conspirisy by GoA GM's to kick you out of the game?

Dont break the rules and you end up playing the games you want = players that havent cheated.

it was stated by requiel earlier that he has to justify his actions to his boss. If hes in the wrong the there will be no more raquiel as GM. This action was taken in accordance with the CoC and therefore without fault. They dont need to explain to a forum why they took action but they did. All players agree to the CoC everytime they click accept. If your play within the rules set out clearly in the CoC you have no fear of ever being punished.

I suppose you could PM a GM in game or possibly via rightnow and ask them if they think your an arse?

If ofc u start being an arse in game that may constitute harrasment or some other violation of the CoC then you may well be banned "for being an arse"

I understand that may be a thin line to walk for you m8 but i wish you the best of luck.
