I think he was provokeing him lol well all that provokeing and insulting got him suspensions then that finnished him off they did not need any evidance / proof. Just that they thought he was selling them.

on this account i think i got 3 days for bug abusing, hiding in walls of gothwaite or pb/bug using i cant remember, and 1 week for lagjump, you can use a command in camlann, which creates lags and you can jump over walls etc.

And 100% agreeing with you all, we are paying to play, and they are being paid to help us.

so you have a history of bug abuse, and previous exploits.. maybe they made a mistake, maybe they didn't... what ever the reason you still wont get the accounts back.

I remember a few weeks ago when i was in thid on my tic, that some hibs/mids were using speedhack, and i thought why would someone be so sad to use that in thid!

I feel sorry for your loss... if you did or didnot use a hack it is still a warning to those that do.

As he said they had been monitoring you, other GM's have monitored you also and you have a past history of bug abuse. It's always sad to lose something you have put so much time into, but as you yourself have admitted you have been banned FOUR times previous.

Funnily enough Latuvuu i just looked through my screenshots as your name rang a bell, i have a screenshot of you pbaoeing the mobs i pulled in CM. I remember the conversation we had also, i was going to report you but you apologised and said you would move because you didn't want to be banned again.

You were probably part of the NEXUS group abusing the pbaoe bug in CM also.

Anyhows, im going to believe GOA on this, it's not in their interest to ban people for nothing, after your past abuse and what i experienced were better off without you.

I have to agree here, obviously I dont know all the facts, but I do know that GM's wont just ban people - they observe someone cheating before banning. He does state that two GM's both saw the exploit in action. Maybe you are unlucky and have been the victim here, but I would be asking some very different questions if a GM pop'd and accused me of cheating.

From your reactions in the first picture it seems very obvious to me that you where not acting normally.

A GM shows up and you immediatly say "yes? What did I do this time?".

If a GM showed up, I would imagine most people would act either respectful or friendly toward the GM, your chat shows that you have little respect for the GM and also it doesnt look like you where particulaly suprised when the GM showed up.

That, coupled with the fact that you have no less than 4(FOUR!!) previous suspensions/warnings leads me to believe that you either cheated and deserve what you got, or you didnt cheat but still deserve what you got for your previous acts.

What I assume happened is that you where using some kind of cheat/exploit, but expected just another suspension, instead of the whole account being perma-banned. hence your attitude in the screenshots(you never expected them to have to be used in this way).

Your attitude in the later screenshots and on here only reinforces that belief, if you where truely innocent of this I would expect a VASTLY different attitude.

However, through all this, I still feel sorry for your situation, having lost so much must really hurt.

Well I think you all have forgotten something : Gamemaster are players of daoc and humans ( a bit too human). So if they got frustrated in game, they are free to do what they want and I'm wondering if they are working with Rightnow e-mail service. I was wondering if it would change if I move to paris ( goa's center) I'm not so far. People are strangely different in real life.
And about my reaction when i saw the gamemaster
. Do you think i must have more respect for a player than for a gamemaster ?!

Good riddance Imo... GMs have no interest in banning ppl wrongfully. If you reread it. There were 2 GMs watching you do this. Not just Zenythe. Server logs confirmed what they both suspected...and with a previous record like that...lol.

Ow and as Zenythe says, they can ban accounts without proof. So theres really nothing you can gain from posting here.
