Its also a bit misleading; most London Boroughs are still dominated by White British residents; but some have become almost exclusively non-white; so the densely packed non-white areas skew the overall "white British" number even though you wouldn't actually notice in large parts of London.

This map proves @Job's point! The map clearly say's there's 92% white (British) people in London. <1% Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and blacks. There's an infinite number of numbers between 0 and 1 and last time I checked infinite is more than 92%. So yeah, there's totally more brownish/dark/dangerous people in London than any other kind of people...

Considering their government's total (and anti-democratic) capitulation to the Eurozone's austerity policies then it's easy to see that they simply haven't got enough cash left for border patrols.

Far better to let the migrants move on through to countries that have the cash to deal with the problem.
