The funniest thign I find about all these patent battles is.

Everywhere else find either both guilty or noone guilty in these design patents.

But in the US, Oh definatly Samsung. Apple are the protectors of free market and the American Dream. I wondered about this until i sat down and listened to the RNC and DNC the other day.

That is not true there are plenty of apps that stay open when you switch to another task so try again.

What the fuck are you waffling about my iPhone has every app open that i have used since my last restart. By pushing the home button twice i can swipe though all my open apps and go right back to where I left them, with the exception of a few games which start from scratch. So you have shown you either don't know what you are doing or you are just talking shite because your Android boner poked you in the eye.
