Was going dwarf priest/paladin but after 3 days playing my taurean druid i've fallen in love he is so crap he's brilliant, just the stomp ability(racial trait) and the fact he keeps scratching himself was good enough for me.

than be a human or a forsaken (well I dont actually know wether the humans in the alliance are still somehow linked to admirals proudmore troops, if they arent than I guess the humans arent really evil .
All the other races arent really evil afaik.
