The single most annoying thing is the lack of info from GOA. Is it to much to ask for some feedback on what is going on? I suppose the tech guys r swamped but don't they have project managers, customer relations or whatever that can explain to very, very patient would be, could be, should be gamers?

The lack of MEANINGFUL information is really annoying me. It's like they haven't learned one thing from DAoC. Be honest & we'll respect you for it, even if we're not happy about it. Lie to us, and we wont forget, you'll be reminded of it forevermore....

I think it's time to congratulate GOA. Their system has now reached such an exalted khamic state that it would actually have been faster to send out the messages by carrier pigeon than the way they are doing it now. There aren't many companies that can manage that!

I did a 20K mailshot about 10 years ago in @4 hours. I could do the same today in about 20 minutes processing time....HELL when I do outlook mailshots (300 users) it takes under 10 minutes and thats generating a unique email for every single email address.

No it isn't hard, GOAs tech people just aren't up to the job.
