But we've also seen people sent in to bait morons - and it was very convenient they did it on camera eh? Their actions seemed completely "natural", not organised rabble rousers. Just useful idiots.

Remember Gideon Falter? Jewish man**, weaving in and out of a protest in support of Palestinians earlier on in the Gaza atrocity, attempting to provoke a violent reaction from someone in the crowd so he could go "look look, antisemitism!!1!1!".

When asked to move on by the police, some dumb po-po called him "openly jewish" - and that was like a field day for him. He'd bettered his news story, which detracted from the pro palestinian march and made him able to claim the met were institutionally antisemitic (rather than just staffed with sub-normals).

I've seen the same tactic from the EDL in Bradford. Sparking riots, then running the hell away when the police turn up to confront angry muslim mobs. The news stories were of muslim riots. And it was easy for them to do it.

This lad may well have been an "infiltrator". It doesn't take away from the the fact that it was a mob full of morons, however.

Unfortunately, some people are really too ready to pick a side here. But whatever you think about immigration, it's certainly very tense out there. I'm pretty sure we don't have rivers of blood yet, but Blighty's definitely having a very heavy period.

An infiltrator goes to protests and pretends to be a part of the crowd and then causes shit.

I've heard you say that before, but what's that got to do with this mob of morons and how they acted on the day? It's their actions as individuals that are responsible. What they did was, ultimately, their choice.

Additionally, you are aware that because <insert arsehole here> says something about "free speech" it doesn't invalidate the principle of free speech, aren't you?

It sounds very much to me that because Trump or Farage are talking shit about free speech, that it somehow justifies your beloved left holding up their version of mind slavery "free speech" as the good and right version - when they're pretty demonstrably fucking awful too.

Lets put it fairly and honestly (even if I am forced to couch it in the infantile left-right axis we appear to be required to talk in): The right is absolutely chock full of asshats and are definitely guilty of abusing and cracking down on free speech. However, it's completely true to say that it's left that are primarily responsible for the most repressive laws, the biggest crackdown on free speech and the most extreme cultural enforcement of "thought crime" and "herecy" because of their perhaps well-meaning but utterly deluded fantasy of how the world should be makes them a bunch of the least tolerant arseholes on the planet - despite them dressing themselves up as the model of tolerance.
