Great idea.... but. What is to stop me saying..... "I scavenged x so I can now do x?"

We don't know what the results of scavenging are, so we have nothing to test people's claims against.

if i find a cheese grater, and you find a cheese grater, and you say you can use it to talk to aliens, i know your full of shit.. and how do you know i dont have one ?

i see what you mean, but it would put more pressure on them to maintain their facade, which can only help ?

Not really, it would make everyone doubt and try and trick everyone else. No one can trust anyone but themselves remember.

We don't have a scavenge item list, it would be your word against mine in the example above... and what if we were both right?

why would you need to trick people if you have nothing to hide ?surely the best way to flush out the interloper is for everyone to be as honest as possible, and let them wrap themselves in knots

if i were to scavange, then say "oh i have a thing that does BLAH", and then i get infected, if i were to tell everyone to feck off when we need to do BLAH, then im an easy target ? surely that makes sense ? i have no idea what we would find by scavenging. i just reckon if we sit here and stare at each other, we will get nomed

I don't think it's a group decision though Uara, and the benefits may potentially outweigh the risk...

oh I know it's an individual decision but if we all decide to go out (for example) and half get bitten or killed we've fucked ourselves well and truly. Heck if even 1 or 2 go out and get nommed we're still up shit creek.

With regard to your point about us all scavenging it wouldn't be hard for someone to make shit up and blag their way through. We would only know they were talking bollocks if we wanted to use that item and then they suddenly declare they couldn't use it blah....So unless we want to use something the minute someone declares it we're a bit stumped.

Ah well I might as well get it out there, I scavenged last night and got bit in the process of trying to grab myself a pair of garden sheers!!!!!!

I have tonights actions to try and scavenge for a cure, or unless someone else struck lucky last night and picked up a cure kit and feels like helping a guy out!

I didn't scavenge last night...at least we didn't lose anyone outright and gained a survivor in the process.

That sucks Cal, hopefully someone will have managed to grab something to help you out!

Hello Rubric.

So, everyone survived, some people were lucky getting things, others weren't but kept their heads and now we have another zombie on our hands. Hopefully someone got a zombie detector of some kind. We still know nothing, won't know anything by the end of the day and will have another zombie tomorrow to deal with. But, we hopefully will get lucky with a zombie detector...

We should hurry up and get on with this before we're over run, you guys are being stupid not voting or you are a zombie and are happy to have things go slowly.

2/9 are zombies

So Itcheh, Sydrik and Uara aren't in a hurry to move things along. Yet I still don't like the way Calaen said this, attempting to get someone to vote for him before I switched and then things changed.

Hmm tempted to vote for mate, simply due to the confusion he could have caused. I'm willing let it slide for now. No one got any experience in radios at all?

Well potentially we could have tripled our infected numbers I was bit, others may have been, and we still have to worry about the enemy from within secretly infecting someone also.

So best case, it's me being bitten, the secret infected one and the unlucky sod he nibbled on last night, worst case I dread to think!!!!
