I don't think the Petz spam will last that long. There are a few people who have started posting half-hearted replies at every chance, but they tend to be only doing it in pro-Petz / anti-Petz threads like this one. Give it a couple of weeks, the fuss will die down, and things will be back to normal.

We might even get a few extra regular posters out of it. It's been getting slowly quieter and quieter here, some extra posting wouldn't be too bad. I don't want to see this place slowly disappear.
