some ppl really take this game waaay to serious imo ... ban a guy for killing a person inside someone elses realm, thats a joke i hope, it's a game it's supposed to be _FUN_ ...

Why the hell not? People know the risk when in RvR and expect to be killed not running round there home realm.
I had a guildy banned a while ago for going through zonewall in mid and running round a town scaring a few mids and he didnt kill any. Its not one set of rules for np and another for everyone else. If you didnt interfere with anyone elses game fine but u attack or kill anyone in a home zone u should be punished.
You were well lame for killing the guy regardles of being attacked.

Saw a GOA's official statement to situation like this(can't remember where) and they said that if you for some reason find yourself in the wrong realm, get yourself killed as fast as possible and WHATEVER you do, don't kill anybody as that will most likely get you banned.

Well it seems like you didn't read the whole post yet..

he attacked me, i didn't assault him, I didn't want to attack him, but he aggroed so i just defended myself, and he wasn't greycon, he was a lvl 49 bard as you can see in his screenshot ( in other words, he was a yellow celt to me ) and i must also say that i didn't know for a fact that attacking people in another realm was such a great offense ( people started msging me on irc when they saw the deathspam ) but still i didn't want to kill people when i entered hib.

I met alot of hibs other than the guy i defended myself from and i didn't attack them because they didn't attack me.

Saw alot of greycons etc on my way down to sheeroe hills but did i attack them? no.

Defending yourself is no excuse. You have absolutely NO reason to be inside the home areas of hib as it is, killing someone who attacked you makes it much worse.

GOAs stance is you should either get yourself killed asap (by players, guards, or mobs) or log out and report that you are stuck inside an enemy realm on right now. Going around killing people will get you banned, regardless of defending yourself or not.

IMO this action is completely innocent. There is nothing wrong with just standing there and giving a /wave. Granted they shouldn't stay there long if at all and granted many people will have objections... but if they're just being friendly and no harm is done is it really a banable offence? You'd only need to stand there /wave'ing for 30 seconds before some 13 year old stealther came and killed you anyway.

Hello wakey wakey, thats just it, tivook didnt just stand there completely innocent he whacked someone.
They exploited a fault in game contrary to coc simple as that, how on earth u can begin to justify their actions , tivook even has the nerve to quote 'Probably not going back considering how much crap i got afterwards :/ ' like hes even considering it. Im not advocating banning anyone but come on you cant be that stupid u gonna do it again.

ofc I wasn't considering going back alone I mean why should i do that? i've already been everywhere, i can't kill hibs, i can't enter any dungeons and i can't buy anything from the merchants so there's nothing to do.

it has been on camelot-europe news after the prydwen incident.
if you're in a enemy realm you should run to a guard or let you kill by a hib or log out and tell rightnow.
when you did that jump you've had several messages " you've entered an illegal zone".
the prydwen mids got banned for _testing_ the alb hole, so will you & maybe soruzi

I don't remember the hibs that got into mid and went to Gna Faste and went on a lowbie killing-spree many months ago getting banned, so you're probably safe from that.

I do however agree that eventho I think it'd be fun to run into an enemy inside the gate you really shouldn't kill anyone. If someone attacks just run or sit down imo.

Those that got banned used a "hole" or a bug in the world...
Tivook and Soruzi actually went through Druim ligen or jumped over the walls not through so in theory its a legal way to go through.
