WoW - Christmas release announced

Blizard press release at E3 included the following:

Scheduled for simultaneous release in both the United States and Korea at the end of 2004, the game is currently undergoing closed beta testing in both regions.


Well I have posted on the official WoW forums stating that people in Europe can cope with US English and asking them to a) make it available to e.g. Amazon.co.uk etc and b) designate server X as European slated for future move.

Thats a bit ridiculous saying 60%
There will be people from all different communitys, not just the Bnet idiots, and most of them won't play due to the fact you have to play a monthy fee.

But i do agree, i shall wait for europe release, as some of the yanks on the WoW forums are idiots.

they were all bitching at me and waiting outside town in hostile mode "PK PK PK"

and swooooooosh, 7 dead in 1 second!

laughed my arse off!!!

Lol, that reminded me of a funny time I tried to play when I was really drunk. I logged on my stupidly low 34 ice sorc or something in Hell act 5 and got trapped on the stairs by some mean overpowered barbarian who kicked my ass in less than 1 hit My goodness, my heart went thump when that evil skull and crossbones flashed up in teh corner and the awful awful sound it made

Got sick of that all the time. Here's a sample of the typical convo i used to have about it.
Idiot "So have you gone PvP today?"
Me "No."
Idiot "Why not, it's totally uber!"
Me "I've been busy."
Idiot "What could be more important."
Me "Sex, with a real woman, and not my own hand."
Idiot "Why?"

The rest of the convo is mostly profanity on my part.
God, lets hope it doesn't go that way.
