That piccie was a couple of years old at least. Possibly older. If it is the picture of him with a bizarre grin and shit awful shirt then I think he said he was sixteen at the time the image was taken.

Either way, it is possible for anyone to change drastically over the space of several years. He could be a beefcake with muscles the size of your head for all you know (unlikely but still...).

Your argument for that was that they had been through very hard training.

He did look like a gimp but that is no reason to think that he can't handle whatever training he is about to embark on. You can't judge someone's physical abilities from an out of date photo...certainly not the one of Repent.

ok lemme explain. in wwii the average age of soldiers was young, but they did hardly any training, they basically got told to run around a football pitch then run at some field guns.

repent is still young, and is gonna be doing some of the most difficult training any army gives on the planet. TEENAGERS normally just arent mentally equipped to deal with what he'll be receiving, its a fact. you DONT see that many young soldiers in the british army, they're normally over 20 at least. plus, i mean he's been in the army for a very short amount of time.. my friend for instance was in the TA for 2 years before signing up to go to iraq, so he'd been trained and had some idea of what to expect from further training. a person thats never done any training will find it increadibly difficult to cope with. as i said, you have to be superhumanly fit and have a good mental outlook on whats going on.

im not JUST going on what he looks like, that is a huge factor, but im going on the fact that as far as i know he's never done any other training than the standard crap u get for being an engineer, which basically a 3 y/o could get through. but commando training is kinda different and i highly doubt repent could deal with it. see my earlier post
