Im joining the army becoz i cant get a job ?
I already have a job, I got A levels. Once I've done basic and combat engineering I do a trade, I still get educated and paid at the same time. I'll be doing the same training as Royal Marine Commando's in a few months.
correct me if im wrong but British Commando's are part of the fighting elite of the world, they are part of the best along with para's, a large percentage of the SAS come from the Para's.
But knowing only how to kill people doesnt interest me, im in the army for lifestyle and career.
Once I spent some time in the army i noticed its not what most people think cept in the infantry and para's, they truly try to break you... not try, they do break you. Im glad I chose not to join the inf

lol repent so funny, you wouldnt last a nano second in the sas.. your an engineer ffs, u wont know whats hit u when u start training properly. my friends heading out to iraq in january and doing 2 months intensive training.. he's alot fitter than me, and he can barely hack it. he's doing a 12 mile march every morning 7 days a week, with full kit on weighing 50lbs... he's only been there 3 weeks and he's absolutely shattered.
but then he's a real soldier, with a minimi, thats gonna shoot some iraqies.. spose you'll just be fixing they're kettles and stuff:doh: :doh:
