Although ive never mentioned in my guild's CoC about this (never though id get members doing it) i will make it quite clear that it is not tolerated.

As some people have said, i can only but ask roope to change his prices, after all it is his house/cm and items. Im currently awaiting a response from roope to my PM about this.

Again, very sorry it happend, those that know me and the people i have on aboard in my guild, should know we are not that type of guild and are only here to have fun.

The actions of one person, shouldnt change the "good" reputation of my guild, i clearly stated on the "first" page i though it was lame, and have also sent roope a message.

It doesnt directly but if the person STAYS in the guild it may (indirectly) show that the leaders of the that guild dont disagree with the actions of the player.

I am not propaganding that the GM of Proop's guild should kick him. I am just stating the mechanics of reputation and how the action of ONE player realy does affect a whole guild.

Not that I agree with putting things up like that to make people think it's actually in Gold instead of Plats but it's kinda your own fault if you buy them.
I used to buy things off CMs really fast without looking but after Glendari's Powerpot scandal () I got cured and now I just look really careful when buying pots.

While guilds shouldn't be judged from the actions of one person. They should and can be judged by the actions of the rest of the guild when the person is caught. If the rest of the guild goes, eh nothing we can do about it, then it does and should effect the reputation of that guild.
