stat debuffs dont break mez on players ~~

I stand corrected, and here I have been trying to make sure I land stat
debuffs before I mess people.

From now on Ill spam that aoe debuff with my head in every fight.

Was this changed at the same time they removed the interrupts from stat debuffs?
