... Murica... this is the same America that Penn & Teller tricked into signing a ban on "water" because they used the scientific name for it.
What a shot, in all senses...
Whilst I totally agree, great shot, downed enemy, right thing to do etc. I can't feel good about it. There's real people with families in that heli
Reckon Aeroflot will be fucked by 15th March.
They're still someone's kids. Whilst I don't have much respect for anyone who signs up to the armed forces - "yeah, I'll kill whoever you tell me to" - I still don't like it.They're not conscripts so fuck em frankly.

In that case, fuck all our boys who went to fight the illegal war in Iraq. Fuck 'em.Who are making real choices with real consequences

Thing is, they just deluded. I can't bring myself to really condemn people for idiocy (as much as they deserve it). We're all idiots of one kind or another. Which is why I'd dearly love to see some systemic change that obsoletes war. We have to get there sooner or laterYeah. Much as it pains me, yes. I actually looked it up a while ago, and the number of British personnel who did object to Iraq was depressingly small, but some did.
It's still not quite the same even though the Iraq war was a bad idea in retrospect and based on dodgy data. Saddam Hussein was a very different kettle of fish to Zelensky. He was a brutal tyrant who terrorised his own people and a large part of the Iraqi population wanted him to be gone by any means. Plus whatever war crimes were committed by western forces were few and far between and not the official policy of the governments, unlike the Russians now, deny it though they inevitably will. It was different. Maybe a large degree of difference if not of kind but a large degree nonetheless.
ISIS is a whole different ball game. The causes of ISIS are only in small part due to the west and in much larger part due to cunts in the Middle East such as Assad. Nevertheless I accept that the Iraq War was overall a bad idea and most people do accept that now. It doesn't justify any other bad, or worse, behaviour. Then we destabilised the area which allowed ISIS to fill the void, then we sent the people who we went to save from Saddam to fight them, just to be mute whilst Turkey stabbed them in the back.
Obviously we had much better justification to get involved in Iraq than Russia does with Ukraine, but I don't think it's a bad thing to acknowledge our fuck ups.
As I said that before, we need to stop helping Putin by pretending that we're infallible.
I'm not talking about people on this forum, I want Biden or someone to step up and acknowledge what we did to the Kurds/Iraqis/Afghans was fucked up.
That is why I give them a week.Already done.
Only flights to minsk as of tuesday.
Fucking hell, seriously? He is so fucking stupid. The F22 is not allowed to be sold to anyone outside of the USA. Stupid cunt.

I really don't like parading soldiers of war on TV.
